We focus on two core product lines and do them exceptionally well — manufacturing every batch with carefully selected raw materials, modern techniques and strict quality control.
Tundish Boards are high-strength insulating boards used to line the tundish in continuous casting. They form a protective, insulating barrier between molten steel and the permanent working lining — reducing heat loss, protecting the tundish shell and helping maintain steady casting temperatures.
Our boards are manufactured to consistent density and dimensional accuracy, making installation easier and lining performance more predictable.
Ramming Mass is a silica-based monolithic refractory used to form the lining of induction furnaces. It is rammed into place around the furnace coil, then sintered to create a strong, dense lining that withstands high temperatures, thermal cycling and the erosive action of molten metal and slag.
Our ramming mass is formulated for stable sintering, long lining life and lower cost-per-tonne of metal melted.
